All of our items are new in the box, unopened and stored on shelves or original cases.
We are constantly buying new and exciting items, so please visit us often.
Florida residents will be charged sales tax as our business is located in South Florida. Customers everywhere else are responsible for use tax in their location. We are constantly shipping out items, so your item will be securely packed and shipped upon receipt of payment. The shipping is based on UPS or USPS ground rates and insurance is optional upon your request. If you pay for insurance, and your item is lost or damaged during shipping, the carrier will be responsible. If you opt out of the insurance, we are not responsible for any damages during shipment. We ship out F.O.B. shipping point, which means that when the item is given to the shipper, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
If you are located out of the Continental U.S., it is very important that you read the section below "INTERNATIONAL Shipping Terms & Conditions."
International Buyers – Please Note:
-Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
-Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
-These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – it is not additional shipping charges.
-1st Class Mail International has NO Tracking or Insurance
We represent our items accurately as the picture and description shows. All of our items are in perfect to excellent condition unless otherwise specified. Due to the nature of the collectibility on most of our items, generally speaking they are not returnable. High end limited edition numbered items are not returnable because when we ship these items out they are carefully inspected and examined for perfect condition, and if returned to us they are not in the same condition and another collector would not like to receive that. However, if you do have an issue with your item, please contact us email@example.com and we will make every effort to satisfy you to the fullest.
